6. 半径200公里，水泥需求量、供给量、当前市场价格及竞争对手概要；答复: 450公里范围内无水泥厂。
   目前，区域内，国家规划建设水电项目共13个；国家核准且已开工的有5座水电站，需陆续用水泥580万吨。
   此外，区域内可开发水资源丰富，据统计，可开发的水电资源为9000万千瓦，如今已开发的水电资源仅900万千瓦，正在开发和准备开发及没有开发的水电资源8100万千瓦。
       交通建设对水泥潜在需求大，“十三五”期间将投资265亿元。另外川藏（成拉）铁路康林标段计划将在18年开工建，52.5R水泥用量约为60万吨，42.5R水泥 用量约100万吨。市场需求空间非常大。
   XX水泥厂是距离上述建设项目最近的水泥生产企业。具备垄断市场的硬性条件。
   当前水泥市场价格：325约600元/吨，425约630元/吨，525约730元/吨，据初步核算，吨水泥利润超300元。

Reply: There are three blocks of Limestone area and total tonnage are 1000 million metric tons. 共三个矿区，共计10亿吨石灰石。
 
In Block No.3, according to the chemical assay results of the representative surface samples and the calculated tonnage of above 40 meter release level is 195.8 million metric tons, is  suitable for cement plant.

1. 水、电、交通条件概要General conditions of water, electricity, traffic;

Reply: Fresh water source for Industrial Plant and domestic affair can be taken at Lenya river, near by  Cement plant site. Condition for water matter is good and favorable at all weathers. Another way we can get tube well  underground water at Plant site.
Factory total power requirement  may be ~40 MW.
 
Full load requirement will be supplied by 24 Hour Co., Ltd. Using with Barge type HFO power plant. It will be installed 33 KV Line from power plant station to cement factory substation. For initial requirement during construction period, 24 Hour Co., Ltd. will supply to the project by using 5MW Diesel Generating set, 400V, 3 phase, 50HZ.
 
Electric energy cost will be USD 15 cent per KWh.
 
3000 ton barge can travel along to Lenya river in all seasons.
